Oven Browned Chicken

1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup flour
Mix these ingredients in a gallon zip-lock bag.

Shake 6-8 chicken pieces in flour mixture.

Melt 1/2 stick of butter in a 9 x 13 pan.

Place chicken in the pan (skin side down).

You can use boneless, skinless chicken.

*Cook for 1/2 hour, uncovered.

While chicken is cooking, mix & heat the following:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can of mushrooms
1/4 cup of milk

Turn over chicken, pour soup mixture over chicken.

*Cook 1/2 hour, uncovered, or until chicken is 165 degrees.

Serves 6-8
