Hippensteal Inn’s Chocolate Cherry Cake

1 package/box chocolate cake mix

21 oz. can cherry pie filling

2 well-beaten eggs

1 tsp almond flavoring

1/2 cup butter-flavored oil

(Mix by hand)

Bake in a bunt pan by package directions

Icing

1 lb. box powdered sugar

1 tbsp. cocoa

1 tbsp. melted butter

1/4 cup cream

Add small amount coffee for taste and consistency.

Mix in electric mixer until smooth and creamy, but also firm for spreading.
