End of Year Gifts

20101216_gift_35In order to be in compliance with the Internal Revenue Service, any contributions which donors wish to be credited as a 2014 contribution for IRS purposes must be received in the church office no later than 4:30pm on Tuesday, December 30, 2014. If the contribution is mailed, it must be postmarked (not metered) no later than December 31, 2014. Contributions received after this date, regardless of the date on the check, must be reported as a 2015 contribution.

Thank you for your cooperation in complying with this policy. IRS guidelines require that members who wish to itemize contribution deductions must have a copy of the church’s contribution report when filing an income tax return. Reports will be mailed in January.
